3 How long does the delivery take?
We ship worldwide. Shipping to the U.S.A and Europe usually takes 8-12 days, to Asia 10-14 days from receiving the order to arriving at the delivery address. A tracking number will be provided to check the status of the order in transit with FedEx.
Orders delivered in Brazil takes 8-10 business days in Southern Brazil and up to 15 to Northern Brazil with postal services Correios PAC. If you would like to use an alternate method (on your expense) for international shipping please email us.
4 How can I track an order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order with FedEx or Brazil Postal Service.
5 How much will I pay for tax and duties?
International customers please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs or import taxes when ordering. Please consult your local customs office for your tax rules and regulations.
